WAIVER

I completely understand and realize that participation in NZDH Events, could include actions or tasks which might be dangerous or hazardous to me. I understand that mountain biking has a degree of risk that increases with the grade of the trail and that NZ Downhill & affiliated clubs can not guarantee my safety. I understand that I am not to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and any medications I require will be stated below. I understand that I am required to inform event leader of any existing injuries or medical conditions that may affect my safety whilst mountain biking. I am over the age of 18 year or have a legal guardian to sign on behalf of me. I have read the above risk disclosure and accept that NZ Downhill and its staff will not be accountable for any loss, damage or injury including death, disability, personal injury or loss of personal property. This exclusion is subject to any rights under or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. By signing below, I agree to the fact that participation can cause any harm or injury to me. I release the business above from all liability, costs and damages which could arise from my participation.
