NZDH Series – Entry Terms & Conditions

By entering any round of the NZDH Series, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Entry Fees
- All entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including injury, illness, or a change in personal circumstances.
Entry Transfers
- Entries may be transferred to another rider, provided the following conditions are met:
  - The transfer request must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the event.
  - The replacement rider must meet all eligibility requirements and complete any necessary waiver or entry form.
  - All transfer requests must be submitted in writing via the official entry system or email.
No On-the-Day Transfers
- No rider changes or transfers will be accepted within 7 days of the event or on race day.
Event Changes or Cancellations
- NZDH reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any event in the series due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, safety concerns, or force majeure). If this occurs, further information will be provided regarding possible rescheduling or entry rollovers. Refunds will not be issued.
Rider Responsibility
- Riders are responsible for ensuring their entry details are correct.
- All riders must comply with race rules, safety guidelines, and directions from event officials.
Acknowledgment
- By submitting your entry, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in full.

I completely understand and realize that participation in NZDH Events, could include actions or tasks which might be dangerous or hazardous to me. I understand that mountain biking has a degree of risk that increases with the grade of the trail and that NZ Downhill & affiliated clubs can not guarantee my safety. I understand that I am not to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and any medications I require will be stated below. I understand that I am required to inform event leader of any existing injuries or medical conditions that may affect my safety whilst mountain biking.
